Over the years, she enjoyed baking for her family and friends, and soon after developed a small business serving local restaurants and companies. Ashley had a knack for cheesecakes and after seeing people’s delighted reactions and receiving many great reviews, she created a simple and fun, bite-sized mini cheesecake treats for everyone to enjoy.
