Pick up hours: 9am – 2pm Monday – Friday (Please call or email us if you need to schedule a pickup outside of these hours)

Minimum order: 1 dozen (12) cheesecakes, Samplers available upon request.

Standard orders will be available for pickup 36-48 business hours from time of purchase (please call ahead if you would like to inquire about earlier pickup availablility)

Limited flavors, custom orders and orders over 500 will be available 7-10 business days from time of purchase

Speciality Flavors available for orders over 10 dozen (120) cheesecakes.

Cancellation for Custom orders:

cancelation within 2 hours of placing your order will entitle you to a full refund. However, due to the quick turnaround time after this period, no refunds will be issued. If you wish to make any modifications or have any concerns, please call your local AMC to see if any adjustments can be made.

Any refunds that are approved will be issued within 24 – 48 hours of notice and are subject to be returned to client based on the banking’s standard turn around time.

AMC accepts Digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay as well as most US-issued and many internationally-issued cards with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International logo.

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 2 PM (please note if you are unavailable to make it before the 2 pm cut off time, orders will be saved to be picked up the following day.  If the order is not picked up within 2 days of scheduled pickup they will be given away to the community because here at Ashley’s Mini Cheesecakes we think everything happens for a reason!

Following USDA Food Safety recommendations, it’s best to enjoy your cheesecake within 3-4 days of refrigeration to maintain optimal quality. If you wish to extend its shelf life, cheesecake can be frozen for up to 1 to 2 months. To prevent freezer burn, tightly wrap it in plastic wrap, then place it in an airtight container and cover with foil. For best results, thaw your cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
